Freedom Flight Balloon Speaks More For Veteran's Day
On November 12th, 2001 in
conjuction with Veterans' Day, Ramada Hotel Express Casino will set up the touring,
replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial called, "The Moving Mall".
It is a half scale version of the original Memorial in Washington D.C. USA.
In addition to "The Moving Mall", another national patriotic traveling
icon will come to the Ramada Express . . . The POW/MIA Freedom Flight Hot Air Balloon.

Freedom Flight, Inc. has been In existence for 11 years and is a non-profit, educational corporation based out of Minnesota that seeks to honor and increase the awareness of the P.O.W.-M.I.A. issue.
It is comprised entirely of volunteers who give their time, talent, and money to keep three balloons flying at different events across the United States and Internationally.
The Freedom Flight Balloon itself is eight stories tall.
The opening ceremony will include a presentation of colors, "The Star Spangled Banner," and welcoming remarks by Susan Murphy, president and general manager of the Ramada Express. Also part of the program will be a recognition of Freedom Flight Hot Air Balloons and and a placement of a wreath at the wall, followed by "Taps."
